We opened our store on Central Avenue in Dover New Hampshire in 2005. We changed our name in 2007 to avoid confusion between our company and another similarly named mail order company. NogginFactory.com offers $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all UPS ground orders! We do not add handling charges or any other surcharges to shipping cost. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and you will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. Your item(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items MUST be in NEW, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. If your item(s) arrive damaged: Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 14 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials.
